I've actually noticed that I am occasionally starting to drift into a *very* slight NYC accent. It's a subconscious thing, I think, this tendency to mimic the mannerisms and patterns of speech of those around us.

I'm already quite pleased with my harvest, so she has nothing to fear from me. But, Joe Perez is single, in Manhattan, financially quite comfortable, tall, handsome, has no obvious deformities (other than slightly oversized hands and feet, hint, hint), is well traveled, well educated, and quite an interesting conversationalist. It seems like a match made in Hoboken (or heaven as the two are almost interchangeable). Now that I think about it, Joe is almost a younger version of the world's most interesting man.
