the bar i frequent just got a bottle of this ****

5,000,000 scovilles.
it's used in the suicide sauce. i tasted a toothpick head of the straight extract and my mouth was on fire for 20 minutes. i'm talking literally barely touching the head of the toothpick to the extract and putting it on my tongue.

i quite like it in a sauce though cause it's not actually overpoweringly hot. it burns, but you can still taste the wings and the sauce.

Pinky, the sauce is awesome. It has become my go to on mexican and wings. It makes some mean hot wings!

Still really enjoying the Gator Hammock Gator Sauce. Only danger is the lack of a plastic insert in the bottle neck -- I've nearly dumped way more than I intended a couple times.

Also ordered some Pepper Plant California Style hot sauce. Was really excited when I smelled it. Had scrambled eggs for dinner last night so I tossed some on top. WOAH TOO SALTY WHY IS IT SO SALTY? Next time I use it, I'm going to have to use way less, which is unfortunate since it's not a very hot hot sauce, but that saltiness just overpowered everything.

For those of you that enjoy the Gator Hammock, I really think you'll like the Old St. Augustine datil pepper sauce that I mentioned at the top of this page.

That website looks mega old, so you might want to call before placing an order.

That website looks simple and easy to navigate to the place where you can find local sellers, so you might not have to work hard at all to get some.
fixed!
