Default AIM Solo2 DL CANbus Support

I'm going through the process of wiring my Solo2 to my MS3X. Documentation on the AIM end is lacking. I have made the jumpers on the MS3X and wired out CANh/CANl to the appropriate pins on the DB37. In RS3 I can set the configuration for the ECU to be megasquirt simple CAN broadcast, which I'm assuming is the 11bit vs the 29bit. In TS I have enabled each point though the CAN Realtime Data Broadcasting screen but have not had any luck getting it to show.

For testing there is a live data view of the Solo2 in RS3 which also displays the ecu channels as well, but nothing is reporting. What test modes are there in TS that I can check to ensure the CANbus is operating and communicating as expected?

Anyone have experience in setting up the CANbus in MS?

Thanks, I have read through that. Aidan does a good job at explaining how to create each custom channel. There is an option in RS3 to create a custom CAN device/protocol so I may go this way if I can't get the simplified version to work.

Is it supposed to support MS3X?

The new loggers and dashes are all having to have new software written (that is, AIM cannot just port over the software/ECU protocols from the old versions), and I know that some ECUs are still in the queue. I have not followed this closely as I am using serial for my ECU (no CAN, no OBD2), but it may pay to confirm with AIM or the local distributor (not reseller).

Yes it's supported, got it working last night. There is another option for dash broadcasting within tuner studio and once that was enabled it started working as expected. All of the channels display correctly from MS3 to the Aim with the exception of MAT. I'll probably have to do a math equation to get it to where it's needed.
