I might have found the issue. My fuel lines are swapped. Does the fuel input goes to the rail and the return line comes from the regulator?

Fuel line closer to firewall to rail, return line from the regulator.

so here's an update:

i got spark and fuel. I emailed Dimitris and he said my cranking angle is too high at 20* so I changed to 8*. He also mentioned that my rpm while cranking is only at 120rpm while it should usually be at 200-250ish. I swapped my current NB starter with my NA starter and it's at 180ish rpm now while cranking but still no start. I smell fuel but no spark. I have tried 2 batteries and they both couldn't get my rpm over 180.

Any suggestions? I am trying my best to get the car running. :(
