Cranking PW
Something occurred to me and I haven't been able to find an answer.
Does the fueling while cranking take any account of the Manifold pressure or does it squirt the same regardless of throttle position?
I assumed that the % numbers in the cranking pulse widths was a multiplier for the VE table, but it seems that it is a percentage of REQ_Fuel.

Cranking does not use manifold pressure correction.
Probably. It generally needs more fuel if you floor it.
