I'll double check those. It's just weird that the car runs fine with the OEM ECU.

Just an update on my issue. It was an incorrectly wired pullup circuit for VR2. It was wired for 12V instead of 5V. Once I resoldered the pullup into the correct voltage I got cam signal and the car started right up. I received the flyback diodes from Spike117 as promised. I truly appreciate everyone's help.
