Default DIYPNP jumper questions

Finishing up my DIYPNP, im using the jumper configuration from here: (DIYPNP MegaSquirt installation for the Mazda Miata), now i understand the edge pin connections but there are a few things confusing me.
-for edge pin 1U* (fuel pump) what does the apostrophe represent?
-are ign1 & ign2 the same thing as ig1 & ig2?
-what do I do for the ac circuit in the I/o section if i have fully removed ac and ps? Do I keep r14? Remove it?

I apologize if these have been answered elsewhere, the various versions/types of megasquirt make it very confusing for me when searching for correct
information.

*European '96-'97 models with immobilizer use 1V for the fuel pump output.

Yes.

If it's in, leave it. If you didn't put it in, leave it out. It won't matter.

I assumed he has a 96-97. It's the only one that mentions the 1u* on the documentation.
