DIYPNP vs MSx and base tune?

DIYPNP vs MSx and base tune?
I have an 03 Engine with a MS3/MSx setup going in. I have seen a couple of tunes for DIYPNP but am having problems finding a base map for an 03 in the MS3/MSx. Would they be the same map?
What I am trying to find is a simple base map for, lets call it, a stock VVT engine. No turbo or supercharger, there are a few things that I have that are not stock, such as COPs, but I can make those changes. I just need a good startup.
I have searched for a little while and have not had luck looking for something more "stock"
