Ok I see the logs. There are random pulses on both the crank as well as the cam input. Definitely something very wrong.

What cam and crank input circuit are in that box?

(I'm a fan of alpha 6 for solid VVT or alpha 9 for solid everything BUT VVT for what it's worth)

I was using it on alpha7 with no problems at all. Alpha6 has a bug where there is no spark if your cranking rpm is less than ~160. I'm pretty sure its a hardware problem with the inputs circuit.

Played around with it again today. Made sure there wasn't anything loose in the cases and also went through the wiring harness again. Wish I had the knowledge to go through it and pinpoint the exact fault. The car has progressively gotten worse so I removed all the MS components from the car and went back to the oem ecu. Car not only runs like a champ, but feels so much more powerful both at low and high revs. I expected to get the low end back, but the way it pulls up top is also much improved. Any other ideas?

Did you remove the connectorboard from inside the DIYBOB as already discussed?

Sure did, no change while driving with it outside the case.
