this is a 3rd, 4th, 5th gear run. Max boost of 13 psi, and I know it is just tad lean. But how does my spool compair with some of you guys? 3rd I hit full boost at 4600 rpm, 2ed gear is about 5500 rpm, and first gear I dont hit 12 psi lol.
This is a t3 off a merc 300D, .48 a/r exhaust houseing, .6something compressor, begi manifold, 2.5 inch full exhaust. non water cooled.
Also, my intake temp hit 95 degrees in 5th gear, do I need to work on ducting?

Looks good to me. 95* IATs are normal yet not optimal. It all depends on your IC really wether or not you need shrouding to help. If you IC is too small to begin with then shrouding isn't going to help much. Any effort at directing air into the IC will not be worthless though.

18x12x3 ebay intercooler. I really dont have any shrouding now, so maybe ill make up alittle something. Now that ive got the fuel table pretty good, ill have to start on spark.
Right now its at 9.5 degrees of timeing at full boost, think I should keep it like that?

you'll enjoy a 15* angle much better, probably spool better and add about 30-40rwhp.
Just for points of reference, with my tiny exhaust and same turbo more or less, I saw 12psi at 4200. Then with my 3" exhaust and headwork - 3200RPM. Now it's closer to 3500-3600, i blame the larger IC.

ark - you do have a 1.8l engine....
I think my turbo is alittle on the larger side for the 1.6.

what's the A/R and exhaust on your setup?
like I said, I have a 1.6L with a T3 Super 60 with .48 A/R. With my 2.25 Borla Exhaust I would see 12psi at 4200RPM, headwork 3900RPM, 3" exhaust 3200RPM...
