Megasquirt wont A/C Idle up
No matter what Settings I change i can't get the Megasquirt to idle up when I activate the a/c compressor.

it's working, you just tuned your idle settings in such a way that you'll never ever open up the idle valve to a working position.
consider that the working duty cycle for teh valve is around 20-60% duty cycle, yet you're only letting it work between 5-23%...
