Default MS-PNP tach out?

I see in Tuner Studio the ability to enable a tach out signal from the mega-squirt. Did the pre-assembled MS-PNP have the hardward to generate that signal? Does the output signal need any external circuit to drive the dash tach

you should already have it on your 94-95 MSPNP. goes to 4O IIRC. dont hold me to that.

Thanks Brain; now to verify that the shop that tried to install the MS2 and failed, resulting in the re-install of the MS-PNP did not cannibalize that circuit for their failed attempt to add a GM tach generator

I am assuming pin 40 is on one of the two connectors on the MS-PNP

is there an online resource with the various pin-outs

my goals

1 - get tach working again

2 - get preliminary spark table created/loaded

3 - get idle, cold start, accel/decal adjusted stable

4 - get AFR targets created/loaded

5 - adjust *.ini code to cause AEM WB and TS to agree at 14.7

6 - get VE table created/loaded

7 - tune, retune, retune

8 - modify MS-PNP to eliminate backfire at switch on

9 - start all over with MS2
