Question MS2DIY Intermittent RPM signal na6 1990

Hi,
I have not fully searched the forums so I do not know if there is already a post on it.
Trying to get my turbo project to work butttt.....
I am getting spark when doing the spark output test
However I am not getting spark when cranking...
- I have viewed the logs and the RPM is being sensed intermittently ( shows for 0.2s then drop signal for 1s ) - guessing MS is not firing the plugs because of this?
- CAS has been replaced during the trouble shooting process - no different result. Have not touched loom.
- I have manually turned the CAS in different ways ( rocking back and forth ) and it fires the spark plugs in certain spots on the sensor, fires rapidly if i rock it back and forth rapidly
- R54 has 2.51V on board
I am stuck with what i should be looking for, this DIY MS2 was not built by me and i am having trouble trying to figure this out.
-1.6L mx5 Na6 1990 Right hand drive ( Australian )
- MS2DIY V3.0 Board - Blew Fuel pump circuit by not unplugging ST-SIGN fuse ( was a late night ), run pump manually through diagnostics.
- Turbo charger kit
- RX8 Injectors
- Stock ignition (New NGK leads) BKR7 plugs

Would love some help Cheers Mark
