I'm running a digital analog faced AEM EGT gauge (30-5131). My problem is AEM thought it would be cool to make 0.5v = 0 degrees F and 4.5v = 1800 degrees F. That gives a formula of 450 * V - 225 = EGT Temp. Well at 0.0v that gives a value of -225. Tunerstudio won't let me input a value under -40. Is there work around for this or am I screwed? In the mean time I'm using a generic sensor input, which lets me input -225, to be able to log EGT but would like to use the built in safety system if I could.

450V -225 = -40
450V = 185
V = .41
-40° = .41v
but doesn't the MS3 software specifically ask for the 0v value, so what he's saying is that 0v = -255°F
if 0.5v=0°F and 4.5v = 1800°F
it's not asking for the voltage at -40°F...

Spoke too soon... It lets me put in a value of -225 now but now it constantly shows EGT as -100. Switch back to using generic inputs and it will display fine.... What went wrong? Added my .msq for gigs.
