Default ms3 pnp pro possibly bricked

i just installed the megasquirt3 in my 02 Miata. I was trying to mess with setting when I kept getting disconnected. then lost connection completely. I noticed the serial to usb C connector was bent which probably was causing my disconnects. I got a new usb to serial connector but for some reason I still cant connect. I tried to re flash firmware but it cant connect at all. it shows the port and the device but doesn't recognize the megasquirt or firmware I believe all the disconnects caused it to be corrupted. is there a way to use a jumper like on the ms2? if so where exactly is the jumper located on the board. would really appreciate any help.

Call the vendor you purchased the unit from?

i was able to get the new firmware installed using the Jumper. i disconnected the coils as they say to. but once i loaded back my tune i have no start, huge backfires... sometimes it almost starts but sounds like only 2 cylinders are firing. i double checked spark and was not able to see any spark on plug #1. put brand new coils still the same... maybe dealing with possible low voltage or a short because i was not able to get the timing light yo work at all. ill need to pickup a electrical tester to check. any one have any ideas what this might be caused by?

Did you load the correct start-up map?

update looks like my brand new spark plugs were not gapped correctly or bad. Ive attached my current tune. car seems to be running pretty well start up is a little jumpy and i stall occasionally on deceleration. but im super happy i finally got her running. i was worried i was gonna need a new ECU.

I assume you are keeping an eye on your AFR's via a gauge? Have you run autotune yet to rough in the map?

Do you have an O2 sensor per exhaust runner though?

I ran the FF640's for a year and did not need to adjust trim tables. I only needed to change deadtimes and Req Fuel to help scale my fuel tables. Just go with their guide: https://goflowforce.com/instructions
