it's just the bias you need.
it wouldnt take someone with a thermometer metering the atmosphere more than 30 minutes to get it dialed in perfectly.

exactly. start with the AIT.
flash the MS with the correct resistance values and whatever bias you choose. make certain you never alter the resistance curve.
Unscrew the AIT sensor and let it hang near your thermometer, then you can power the MS and record the temp. If it's not close, simply change the bias in easytherm. then copy the MATfactor.inc file in the correct location on your laptop car1/mtcfg/.
when you restart megatune you'll notice the temp has changed. rinse and repeat until the value matches your thermometer.
then do the same with the CLT temp, matching your new AIT value. Try to get it within 5°F.
Once you find the correct values, burn the firmware, and be happy.
