reverent or MSLABS megasquirt alternator control
working on a miata i built that has an unknown MS3. appears to be reverent or MS Labs but no logo. the car doesnt seem to want to charge the battery. ive tried multiple outputs for the alternator control but nothing seems to make any changes. does anyone know what settings are required for this MS?
car stays at 12v and over time voltage drops to around 11 and than becomes hard to start and around 10.5v while running.
ive tried VVT, IAC1, IAC2, Nitrous 1, Niitrous 2 and , FIDLE. these were all outputs i read others of using but not with a reverent or MS labs ecu.
car is a 1999, stock harness

This may or may not be helpful:
I don't think the charging control circuit has any FW control on MS Labs. My understanding is that it is a hardware only circuit.
Is it possible that some change you made looped the clutch line to something bad. Physically it is routed to the Launch Input pin, which is routed to Launch In.
I suggest you post your tune. and I will page @Reverant
