Default sync loss ms2 1.8nb

Hi Ive got a sync loss error at around 3000 rpm intermittent and some time 5k on throttle I've took a composite log and here's the screenshot

Try turning off all noise filtering.

Do you have ignition input capture set to rising or falling edge?

Right so ive just gapped my plugs to .8 they r ngk bkr7e 11 so colder than standard. Also removed crank sensor and cleaned end of metal fillings refit and set gap about a credit card thickness and its still got the problem help me before i take the megasquirt out remove the cam circuit and optoisolator and replace with new parts

Also the ecu is wired in parallel with standard ecu sharing the cam and crank input when I wired it in the crank wire white wire is to the crank sensor and the negative black wire is not connected should it be connected? Also thinking about putting a small 5/10 ohm resistor to suppress voltage spikes if its that causing it

Right a little update ive just replaced the 2nd opto circuit in the ms2 with new parts and its still the same does seem to drive a bit better tho but maybe placebo effect so its a sync loss around 3k rpm cruising and if im flat out in boost does it about 5krpm with a bang and a flame and a very violent jerk
