I've been lazy, but I love looking at that FPR bracket all mounted on my spare manifold. I'll try to get that installed in the coming weeks when I revamp fuel setup. It looks real good though with the FPR

Revlimiter has a pretty thorough writeup on the process. We are working on installation instructions, but most who jump into this already have done a bit of reading and feel pretty comfortable on the topic.

As he is now using one of our kits, I don't think he will mind me sharing his tutorials.

Thanks for the order!

If there ever comes a time where you have a special need, just shoot us an email. I'm happy to customize an order if you only need a certain portion of parts that isn't currently kitted.

I ordered the reroute spacer and all the parts that come along with it. Everything was pretty straight forward and went together easily

My only suggestion would be you may want to see if you can space the holes for the heater hose nipple and the coolant temp sensor slightly further apart, or angle them lightly. I had the same issue as someone else pointed out that the latch/release portion of the temp sensor fitting ended up being located right where the heater hose needs to go. I ended up having to get rid of the crush washer so I could rotate the sensor a quarter turn more and just use rtv instead, so I am hoping that provides a good enough seal long term. just a tiiiny bit more distance between the two would have been all I needed to retain the correct crush washer.

That being said, everything else worked great and I've been driving it for a few weeks now on lots of around town trips and a few couple hour long drives as well and I haven't had any issues, except for overcooling. blocking off half the radiator fixed that issue for now though.

Haha, Bandit you're killing me!

I ordered the full reroute kit thinking it came with everything. Turns out it didn't have the blockoff plate for the front. I'm not sure why that wouldn't be included with the full kit, but maybe add that as an option for a 'full kit' as well?

This is probably a mea culpa thing, but I just kind of checked off the full kit thinking it would be everything I needed. EGR blockoff and Coolant blockoff plate order incoming from me soon haha.

Hope you're having a good holiday!

Thanks for the feedback! Sometimes geometry is a funny thing and often times we run into the whole 10lbs of stuff in a 5lb bag, which is the case here. I tried to give as much clearance as I could while not making the part anymore difficult to machine and thus keeping the price at a very economical level.

Thanks for the feedback!

I apologize for the miscommunication. There are two different options for the front block off plate and in an effort to not have a laundry list of kit options we have left those items separate. I will try to get a note included in the product page that states you'll also need one of the front block off plates to complete the installation. We do try to list out all the parts that are to be included, but I certainly understand where you are coming from.

Do you have a picture of the hose that comes with the reroute kit? I'd like to see what you're using and how it routes before I commit to the full kit or the partial without the hose. Thanks!

We include the large GM V8 hose that most have used in their DIY efforts. I thought we had taken some pictures on the racecar before it got put up for the season, but I'm not seeing them at the moment.

RevLimiter has a good write-up that should give you a good idea on how routing works. He purchased one of our spacers after being dissatisfied with several of the other options available.

Sorta-easy Coolant Reroute ? part 2 ? revlimiter.net

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I purchased pretty much every product you had on eBay last week (toy money is all in PayPal, so...). Very happy with the parts, and I can take some new pictures of it installed on my '94 when I put the motor back together if other people don't first.

My only feedback so far would be the freeze plug. Personally, I prefer brass plugs. I'm old enough now that I've replaced enough steel/potmetal plugs to know I don't like it for most people who don't keep a car long, it won't matter though. I opted to install a Dorman 565-100 30mm brass plug. You can get them at your local auto parts store for ~$3 if anyone else wants to make the same choice. I want to be clear though, this is a personal choice of mine and the supplied plug WILL work fine.

Gates 22436 is what was supplied with my kit, which works fine for my naturally aspirated setup since my intake heads over to the passenger side. However, if you are turbocharged, you might want to see this thread:
