Downpipe is 3" from the turbo back. It will not bolt up to a factory exhaust, but it will (probably) end in the same location so if you have a 3" turbo catpipe and exhaust that ends in the OEM location already, it will bolt up.

Forgot to mention - Inconel hardware and stage 8s will be standard on every kit we sell.

The initial package will be the manifold, turbo, downpipe, and likely a turbo crane. We will probably not offer the manifold/downpipe without a turbo, and pricing will be released when we're ready to take money for them. The standard turbo will be the 6258, which is good to ~325whp, and the option turbo will be the 6758 which will stretch to 400whp.
Great news, thanks for the update. Are we still looking at ~$4000 ballpark for the initial package (I see you said pricing will be released, just looking for generalization) with water & oil lines / fittings?

It sounds like the manifold & downpipe will work with either turbo such that we can upgrade later without changing those parts?

The initial release will be more of a DIY starter package for folks who simply cannot wait for us to release a full kit. The starter setup will be sub-$3k, likely well under that. I will get an oil/water line kit out ASAP, but I can help people piece those parts together themselves if they don't want to wait. The full kit with intercooler will come to market in Q2 and we will offer an "upgrade" package for folks that bought a DIY setup and didn't end up doing their own intercooler setup.

Yep, no need to change anything except the turbocharger itself. In addition to the 400whp-capable EFR6758, there's also a possibility of a T25-framed EFR7163, which would give us a ~500whp turbo option in the same footprint as the standard 6258 setup. IF we see that turbo, it would be a late 2013 release.

Is AF building the manifolds? I've been curious about the design you went with.

They're ready, start calling TSE repeatedly and leave voicemails. Whoever leaves the most voicemails gets a 10% discount.

Try Andrew's Cell instead... late at night or early in the morning before he gets busy milking unicorns to build his gear.

The cost of doing a tubular manifold the way Iwant it done is cost prohibitive, so I'm exploring some other options. I'll post more about it when I have some renderings/pictures to share. The good news is that the delay allows me to roll the rest of the kit out with the manifolds, so there won't be any delay if you want to buy a full kit from me later in the year.

Had to Sub again :/
I can't wait to get my hands on the hardware.

I'm getting my internals together right now in prep to rebuild my motor. [Rods, pistons, acl bearings, walboro255, superdamper, flywheel, full ARP and what not; you know the typical set up]
Shouldn't be to long after that I get this ERF hardware to slap on there too to get ride of this pathetic MSM turbo.

Sav, do you happen to have boost figures for those horsepower levels? I'm just interested what boost levels your kits are running.

Will you be offering any sort of package deal on forged internals if bought with a turbo kit?

Thanks,

JimJ

I dunno but its way too easy to hit 20+ psi on an efr.
The low-boost wastegate is like 6psi

Standard kits will ship with a boost level that's safe for a stock longblock.
