Hi,

as I'm planning to swap a BP4W to my NA8, I'm wondering which Intake manifold would be superior combined with a Rotrex supercharger - the Squaretop or the VICS?

Is the VICS able to develop its function despite the long boost piping and the charging itself?

My focus is driveability and a broad power range.

I have run the VICS and got a pretty decent power curve out of it. More important than that is your gearing though. A 6 speed is a must to keep it in the power band.

I decided to use the Squaretop, because of flatter and broader torque curve. Took the crucial information out of a comparison of the two, that FM made with a turbo car.
