Exactly. Everyday is tomorrow and will soon be yesterday. But they WILL ship tomorrow. Every tomorrow. Until the end of time.

Wayne, clearly you are not understanding the policy. Items ship tomorrow, not today and most have gone out yesterday.

*side note, i hope you get them

Try filing a credit card dispute if you just want your cash back Wayne, assuming you used a CC?

I did use a credit card through paypal. I'm not quite there yet so we'll see what happens. I get nervous when communication stops but perhaps this just means he's actually in the shop getting **** done.

I also haven't tried an actual phone call yet.

If Paypal won't refund, then your CC will. CC's are -good- about refunding you cash when scammed.

Actually ccs wont refund your cash when you give the thief the money. They will only refund your money if it was stolen... say hacker got your credit card number and went on a pay per view porno website rampage.

Wrong. So long as YOU tell the company whats up, they'll take care of it. Ask them what they can do and you'll get the least help/effort possible.

I had a canadian telemarketer chick call my phone a few years back and her voice literally had me in a trance. I didnt want what she was selling, but I wanted to keep listening to her talk. Eventually she had me thinking "only $8 a month for 5 years and I can pick up to 10 different magazines?" (or something along those lines). Ended up buying over $500 worth of magazines. When I got off the phone I couldn't believe how stupid I was. Called up the CC company and had the charge cancelled. lol

(Posting from my phone.)

I've has my cc company challenge a lot for me. I remember a time when I printed like 2000 brochures for an online print press and they were not only printed shitty but packaged in such a way that they were unusable honestly. Press refused to refund or reprint so we challenged the charge and got the money back.

Long time ago when BRP stage 1 or wahtever bs it was back when they were doing the hot side 62scs.. anyhow i bought one... waited 3 months nothing but "it will ship tomorrow" bs. Went to my bank told them whats up. Sorry we cant help you, you volunteerly payed for the product, you weren't a victim of theft. That conversation with my bank happend 4 or so months after BRP took my money.

Long story short i waited another month before BRP would refund my **** via a paper check.

Sounds to me like you used a debit, and not a credit card.

I've never ran into a CC that tried that with me.

However, out of curiousity: Which bank?

..That'd do it.

Don't bank with them. Chase is barely 1 step down from BOA.

The sad thing I is part of me does miss my Racelands! At least if they suck or get messed up I am only out $300!!! Now I am out more than 4 times as much! Sure its a better shock, but I don't know about all this hassle. I could have gone with off the shelf bilstein HD's and been just as unhappy! LOLS!!!
Oh well, there are worse things in life to worry about. Karma is a bitch in the end!
