I would expect no less. Still, it's a conversation...

Definately glad to see another option out there. Hopefully by this spring I'll be ready for a new set of wheels and tires.

Call Monster Miata. They did the swap over a decade ago.

These might be my next 15x9's.

Update: the wheels are indeed flow formed.

Here's an NB mockup.

Well, he did get at least one email about the "Slow Car Fast" sticker that's on the Targa!

So true! It's actually slowcarfast.com. Although most of the cars on that site aren't really slow anymore...

Do you know which method these are, the cast blank or the forged disk? I see the disk method having the most strength but maybe being the more expensive option. Im using the wheels on a street car so they will be plenty strong for me. Just curious

The Jongbloed Aero 500 is a high pressure forged wheel rated at 550 kg. It's built specifically for the Miata with a 54.1mm bore size and Miata-friendly offsets.
The miata-specific bore is lame as hell. There are a lot of cars other than miata with 4x100 bolt pattern and most of them have bore larger than 54mm.

Not trying to start a tiff or anything, but shouldn't this be on your vendor page? Competition and choices are always good, but a GB thread for on a section sponsored by 949 doesn't seem to kosher.

Customer of both camps and appreciate what you guys bring to the community thanks for helping get another option out there.

Sponsor does not mean Owner. There's nothing wrong with it and it's appropriate.

Don't spend your time looking for ways to be offended, life is too short.

I've asked for renders of these exact wheels. The offset is mostly done with the thickness of the pad, which has no effect on the dish. We'll certainly take lots of pictures once the real thing is in our hands as well, although the GB will be done by then.

As for the hub bore, a lot of Miata owners get all wound up about lug centric wheels. We can do bigger bores if there's a demand, but these are Miata wheels from a Miata shop so 54.1 seemed appropriate.
