Hey Dann I put a MegaSquirt in my 1600 NA a few years ago and used a BMW/Bosch TPS (part number 0280120402). I pulled it out of a mid 90s 5 series 6 cyl auto BMW.

Pin 1 was +5V, pin 2 ground, pin 3 signal.

It is complete plug and play but you have to take off the throttle body or intake manifold or something, just so you have enough room to slide it between the throttle body and head.

I've heard Hyundai Excel ones fit too, but haven't seen it first hand.

Unfortunately that would have to come from the US, so would end up being the most expensive TPS ever.

For starters Dan did you ensure the current TPS is configured properly?

Yeah I sent the TPS and ecu to gslender (creator of the firmware most people use) and he confirmed I had wired the board properly and set it up properly and that my board worked but the TPS had failed.

It's from a VL commodore, a car Americans would have loved but never got.

The BMW would be the go I think, much prefer to snag a new plug and play however.

I still think your TPS is working via the log file you sent.

They got the late mod monarch and the ve.

They didn't get the VL much less the VL BT1 (cop edition turbo VL with a 600whp capable stock bottom end). Yanks Google 'VL turbo' if you are interested.

Sigh....such an AWESOME car in the day. I never did like the wheels though...thought they could have done something better than that.
