yeah, I didn't drain the coolant when i lifted the IM out. It poured into the runners out of the cavity and when I tilted it when removing I poured a bunch into the head.

Yea right man, I was out in the cold slugging it out trying to do a Honda motor swap yesterday. I feel his pain in this less then 20* weather, my hands were frozen in the ratchet position for a solid 20 mins after a good round of heavy wrenching.

It took you 2 days to rebuild and swap a four cylinder? You have to go dig the iron out of the ground and pour your own rings?? Better take a nut count, thats just unreasonable.

I want to see the dyno's on this, your runner length is abbboouuuttt what mine is. You can do alot of theoretical, but real world is what counts.

I had to make too many damn trips to the parts store for **** like brake cleaner. I'm sure you can feel my pain in part store trip eating time. It took me an hour ******* with a razor scraper trying to get the old HG off before I remembered that I have an angle grinder. So I went and picked up a fine grit 3m brillow pad disc and it took me all of 2 min to get it off. Go figure...

Anyways, I'm just ******* with Scott like I always do. I figure with enough prodding he will go put the parts on his car and spend more time driving it and less time messaging me on google talk with messages like "I NEED BOOOOOOOOOSTT!!!!!!1111oneone". I'm helping him help himself.

Here you go Sam.

I need to get a new FPR. Plenum needs to be an extra .25" outward. I'll get an adapter, run a hose to a new FPR...easy fix.
