I've read through this whole thread and can't find the compression ratio for the build. One post says it is in the signature....Am I blind?

Still going strong. Drove it to From Las Cruces to Phoenix with a trailer to pick up wheels. No issues.

Man, really great build thread! Lots of great ideas and engineering in here. From the oil pressure sensor bracket to the heat shielding to the downpipe brace, etc... I hope the car is still out there ripping all these years later.

I sold the car many years ago but keep in touch with the new owner, the car is still ripping after all these years. The only issue as far as I know has been the transmission that has a hard time coping.
i wish I still had that car LOL

This isn't your build thread?

Ari still owns this Miata and an S2K(?) and is still ripping around town on allofit boost levels.

Sorry for the excitement Fire. I felt like this needed to be bumped for the newer guys like myself who haven't seen it before.

Stock, glad to hear the car is still in use! Always cool to see someone hold onto a build after it's "finished"

I can also vouch that this car is still ripping around. If only he would roll his fenders and upgrade from his 15x8 wheels...

Unfortunately it seems to be seeing more street time than track time these days.

Hey all! Thanks for the comments!

Yeah, the car is still alive and kicking. Fourteen years of mostly track abuse on the engine build. The plan is to track it this year.

I'll post pics of the updates that have happened since; BBK, Mazdaspeed front bumper, updated brake ducting. I still have to install the BroFab front hubs, Xidas, get track tires and new rear hubs.
