how are you routing the piping around the intercooler piping?

 

Hasn't even crossed my mind lol. Probably won't happen this summer. Just 3d printing everything I can.

 

If you mount the intercooler like I did, you can use the front mouth piece as ducting. The three studs on the bottom of the IC can hold the front of the plastic undertray and the rear of the mouth duct both if you do some drilling, leave it attached to the front of the bumper as normal, cut the top part off, since the IC is in the way now.

I'd do it, but my car got hit in front and nothing up there is straight, my front mouth plastic is gone, the cross bar it attaches to is all folded in. Plus, with a reroute and the undertray I've never had problems, guess it is still cold part of the year though...

 

I have that already, I mean completely sealed and taped ducting. And the sides.

Yeah, I was gonna wait for warm weather to see if I even need to bother. I trimmed the undertray pretty close to my plumbing on the sides so from the IC back it's pretty tight.

I don't think I'll ever much run track like you plan to do, unless things change for the better little autocross sprints are aobut as hard as I ever plan to be on things.

 

as far as rad ducting, i was going to wait until i had problems lol. im in az, but i have the 949 crossflow, and im only going for 200-220wtq

Do you have A/C? In my brief experience (no coolant reroute) it doesn't take a lot of power to reach 235*F with A/C running. I will put in reroute soon so my hope is next summer will not be an issue, even with the 210wHP I expect to have.

Just won this on ebay! Its a 19 row cooler with both an8 and an10 fittings.

 

Nice! Looks good. Should solve any oil temp problems.

 

Also opened my glowshift adapter today and I dont think it will work for the temp sensor...





I'm thinking about drilling it out. Does anyone know the diameter of the OE gauge temp sensor?

 

Anybody have an idea on the size of the OE temp sensor?
