I didn't. Because your forearms are way more attractive than a missed shift. So we can forgive you about that.

But on a serious note, do you have the miataroadster shifter yet?

oh ok. Would you say the shifter is worth the money? And if you were to do it again, would you have gotten the tall/angled one?

Haha it is the tall angled one.

And yes I like it. I installed it at the same time as the twin disc. And combined they are amazing. Not sure what just the shifter is like.

George: But if we do that then I will explode my mooter because I mishshifted. So we swap before we can do mad racecar things all day.

Aidan: George you are a genious. Why didn't I think of that?!

George: Its ok buddy. Your forearms are still nice.

Just so I'm clear, you are ironing out a contract for Aidan's forearms? I wasn't impressed, but I've had and seen some great forearms back when I was bodybuilding.

I hated the way my 6 speed shifted with or without the mr shifter. There have been a few documented failures of the metal in the shifter itself, and i personally had the weak plastic inserts fail on my shifter.

I always try to dissuade people from getting one. It is far inferior to the oem shifter in material quality and sound dampening. Obviously, I tend to have issues with parts barely anyone else has, but you have been warned lol.

I spent money on a quality trans rebuild just to get better shifter feel, still hate it.

Aidan you see this guy? He's dissing your forearms.

Good to hear a negative thing about the shifter for once. I guess. Are you comparing it to the 5spd or?

I haven't followed your transmission issues, but I will say if you are not running the ford trans fluid and have never tried it, try it. It was by A LOT the best thing I ever did to get my 6 speed shifting better. It was like pouring in a bottle of syncros. If you're running a GL5 oil in the trans that will make the syncros not work right too.
