f20c engine conversion
The car is an absolute blast to drive, when I'm not mashing the loud pedal it gets 30 mpg, not bad for e85. Had the back end step out at about 80 the other day, as I guess I was enjoying the Colorado fall weather just a bit to much as I was getting on the highway. The build has approx 4k miles now with no issues. The new oil filter increased oil pressure by 6-10# depending on rpm.

Back on topic, The car is woefully under tired right now. kumho ecsta ast 205/50/15. I think I am going to see how 225/45/15 RS3's work. Right now I really enjoy the sleeper attitude of the car. Maybe someday a wide body, fastback and 275's will find there way onto the car but not any time soon.

i haz a question. i was looking for parts to do my fuel tank pickup like yours. i can't seem to find any bulkhead AN fittings in stainless. Did you put steel fitting or did you find a source for SS?

Steel fitting that I welded into the tank. If I had it to do again I would try a bulk head fitting first. You will need to mod the baffle in the tank. I only did what I did for increased fuel needs of FI, given that you are NA I would run the stock set up. The stock miata pump is plenty strong enough to supply the honda engine.

I got away with putting both of my pumps in the tank without having to molest the factory baffle. It took a decent amount of work for positioning though.

i'll check on monday. if i'm not mistaken, stainless is a good idea for e85. oh, and i haz plans u see. ima put a 3071gtx and run e85. sr has breathing options but thats later. i dun even wanna think about that yet.
