First of all, my english suck so bare with me. And yes, the pictures could have been better.
Lets start off with some booring stuff. Interior.
A rollbar is a must. Allso went for the door bars from FM. Bucket seats from Sparco bolted directly on the floor. Iīm a bit to tall to use the runners and wear a helmet with the roof on. Sparco steering wheel and a Snap-Off. Need a Snap-Off with the door bars hehe. I allways need to listen to misic in the car so some car audio found its way into the car.
Its winter in Norway now so its a great opportunity to do some serious modifications under the bonnet. Most of the modifications to the interior and handling are done so I can consentrate on the engine this winter.
Here you can see the difference between original seats and the Sparco seats. Got a friend of mine to do the modeling while I took the pictures:
I have to fix the doors again. The vinyl is not nice.
This is the first version. Making a new box this winter. Need more volume.

And now for the fun part. Handling is taken care of by new bushings all arround and TEIN Mono Flex with the EDFC (thinking of changing the TEIN to something elce). And RB sway bars.
Now I have about 5 months to get i all done before next years summer.
Some of the parts going in the car:
Before:
The engine is done: New pistons and rods, ARP studs. Everything is cleaned before putting it all together. New water pump and a billet race oil pump. All the nuts and bolt were sent out for cleaning. Looks a whole lot better now.
New clutch and flywheel as well. Twin plate organic
A friend of mine wil manufacture the intake manifold, exhaust manifold, downpipe and exhaust. Hopefully that will be done in a couple of months.

At the moment I use one tweeter in each door. They are mounted high and with +2db on the crossover. The "woofers" in the door play down to 100Hz where the Focal 11" takes ower and plays the deep bass. So It is a bit more sound than original and it will be a lot more power than original. Best of everything

That is a two point source interference pattern.
your woofers are cancelling each other out in a pattern like that... probably worst around 500-700Hz which is right in the middle of the human vocal range.
you may notice a significant change in loudness of singers when you move your head slightly.
but otherwise, it's a pretty badass build.

Nice car, very good looking build so far, a little bit for everyone.

That was my first thought... started with a stripped interior, so I thought surely a gutted track car, then I see the door woofers, the amps in the trunk and the big sub between the race seats... then followed up with turbo goodness. All around build.

Will surtenly use it on the track, but it will be a bit of a daily driver as well. It would have been better for performance to get rid of all the interiour and stereo, but I love listening to music so I had to compromice. But Iīm certain it will be powerfull enough even with all the stereo equipment
The car will be moved a floor doown in a couple of days so a friend of mine can start on the IM, header, downpipe +++. Really looking forward to that. And I will try to remember to take pictures and post them here.
