Dont waste his time "tunning" until you get that wideband installed.

yeah, it looks like it will make tunning easier. Anyways, we plugged the ecu in, got it to run, but it kept dying a couple times. I decided to put my FMU for now and purchase the wideband from DIYauto and IC piping from ebay.

On idle, my car is reading 60psi. Is this too high??

What gauge? No gauge should be reading 60psi unless it's your oil pressure. Jesus you like to leave important details out.

I think you were better off with the 60. Isnt stock something like 65? This isnt a carbureted POS Chevy, this is fuel injection.

Rreally? I read this...

"Fuel Delivery
The regulator is pre-adjusted for both rate of gain and the fuel pressure at the specific point as boost passes through
atmospheric pressure, or zero on the gauge. I call this the “atmo” pressure. It is worthwhile to check these two
numbers.

Check the “atmo” fuel pressure: With the fuel pressure gauge installed in the fuel line leading to the fuel rail,
observe the fuel pressure at idle. It should be between 35 and 38 psi. Blip the throttle a bit and the fuel pressure
should rise and fall a couple psi.
Now, pull the signal line off of the rising rate regulator and let it feel atmospheric pressure. This is the same signal
it will receive when the engine/turbo is passing through zero on a boost gauge and just going into boost. The fuel
pressure should read 50 psi with the signal line disconnected. Pop the signal line on and off the regulator a few
times to be sure the fuel pressure jumps between 35/38 with it on and 50 with it off.
If the “off” pressure is not in the range of 48/52, loosen the 9/16 jam nut at the top center of the regulator and adjust
the Allen screw. Clockwise will be more pressure, obviously less the other way. When 50 shows up on the gauge,
snug up the jam nut.
Put the signal line back onto the regulator.
Leave the adjustment of the needle valve alone....at present."

Ah, I was thinking more of the "pinched return line" method.

You're running a standalone... fuel pressure doesn't matter as long as its stable.
