Your valve cover is so nice Vlad that I have decided to actually clean and prep the engine bay before the new motor goes in because I actually now care how the car looks mechanically.

Once we find a throttle body, fuel rail, header, and a scrap of any NB fuel hose, it'll be going in. Problem is, the above list sounds like scrap to me, but comes out to $200 plus another $100 in shipping if we go the ebay/Tressure coast route.

I have a 99 throttle body that isn't going to be used for a while. If you promise to take lots of pictures of the install, you can has. I accidentally broke one of the plastic connectors on the side though:(

Yeah we'll take it. We'll definitely be taking a lot of pictures. We'll even write "Monk's Throttle Body" on the throttle body. In case anyone asks.

LOL at the vvt box. That was my wife's handiwork. Sorry that we didn't have any ponies and she wasn't feeling the draw male parts on the box trick.
Not sure if the software download on DIY's site has the base map included or if you have to email them for it? I don't remember what is currently loaded on it. It could very well be the base map.

Thank you again for selling it to me.
Josh and I replaced the front hubs today. So easy, takes 5 more minutes than swapping out rotors and pads. Front left had a frightening amount of play. All is well now. More updates to come from Josh over the next few days. Getting close, just need a few more parts at a good price, especially the pigtails for the cam, crank sensors and the VVT solenoid.

Awesome. Thank you again.
As I told Martin, if we had an exhaust and fuel rail solution he'd probably drive home with a 1.8. The cars here, the engines here, just a few more parts!
Pictures of my attempted muffler repacking coming soon.

That throttle body should look familiar too, lol. I figure it'll do more good on Laz than it will sitting on my floor for the next year until I get my diff swap and safety and suspension upgrades finished.

I've already posted this on CR, but for those of you who don't follow over there, I was bored, so why not bust out the nail polish.
We're also expanding our search for headers, our WTB thread has revealed that we're allowed to use any '94-'05 header, so I'm considering putting in an offer on ebay for $75 on a few headers and seeing what happens.
