ITs tough choosing the right color for this car. On the one hand, I want it stand out and look good. On the other, I have to be real careful because even I realize that as the car sits now, the color I choose is pretty much whats going to make or break the thing. It could make it horrendously rice or incredibly awesome in my opinion. As soon as my trunk lid gets here, its bodywork time. To be quite honest, the majority of colors i have painted my past cars has been chosen while I was at the paint shop and I can see this as being no different.
Makes sense. Just remember though: less is more. A well executed subtle colored car has a much bigger chance of looking good than one with a bright/flashy color. I think yellow, even that nice dark pearly variation of it, will look extremely rice on your car.

Yeah I could go the safe route and go the dark charcoal metallic gray but then its kida too...i dont know, "mean" and well, meh. I wanna do something different that just makes someone see it and wanna hump it right away. I know I cant please everyone and at the end of the day, its my car and ill do what I want with it but still, I want it to look as good as it can.

Son, I am disappoint.

Reason I'm giving you hell is cause I actually take you seriously and don't want you to **** this up like you did with your last car making crazy spontaneous decisions.
If you want me to stop that's fine.

If I do any blue, itll be this one, the one I painted my old NA. This is my favorite color that I have painted any car. I always felt it needed to go on a more aggressive looking Miata then just the stock body. It might do the trick with this current one I have

That is absolutely awesome....and a played out and a pain in the *** to keep up maintenance with. If i garaged my car and didnt daily it, id do it. The clear coat alone to do that runs about 800 bucks just for a small car like the miata. I remember painting Jims miata a long time ago and he wanted a matte black hood. Just the clear coat for that hood cost him 230 bucks. Its pricey
