Progress is good...it’s a tight fit but he’s making it look very nice. Profile shot included to demonstrate the exhaust is above the rails.

I've never had one on my car. Whether or not it's a "race car" is open to debate.

We do not take exhaust lessons from heater unless the internet is to make ears bleed.

Hasn't broken yet, though, so there's that.

FWIW I don't run one either. Last time I did the hangers ripped out and my exhaust folded in two. I did hit a wall at 120 mph at the time which may have had a part in the result.

Nice looking exhaust OP, make sure they are using thick hangers so it doesn't bang on the rear subframe/brace.

You need a flex joint or some form of downpipe brace to the transmission or drivetrain. The weight of the exhaust will wreak havoc on the entire turbo fastener system without one or both of those in the system.

Car will have a DP support but no flex pipe. Welding progress looks nice. He's working on the bundle of snakes around the getrag.

Car looks cool from underneath...probably nicer under the car than above it lol.

That exhaust is a Ballertown move-in special.
