I have been over thinking the dead times. The 60psi numbers work great. I should have just listened to what 75 Datsun Ted said a few pages back. My differential pressure across the injectors is always 60psi, so vacuum or boost reference doesn't make any difference from the injector's perspective.

And this little hill climb for Thumpetto, only about 250kpa because I tried a huge gap in my plugs this morning and it's not working out well.

This is a pretty steep hill for the freeway. Couldn't get a clean pass, hopefully it won't rain on Wednesday and I can get a real pull. The contraption is in my car now anyway. If it rains, I am going to get 5 gallons of e85 on Wednesday so I can get my car starting and running on it before I show up at the station empty.

Truth is, I am still struggling with spark above 30psi or so, sometimes less if it's cold out. I pulled some old plugs out this morning and decided I would try an .040 gap. Just because I have been shrinking and shrinking the gap and couldn't remember the last time I ran bigger than .025 so I figured WTF. As I imagined, it got worse, but I kept considering it and now I won't.

I plan to start project mega ground soon. I also wonder if somehow taking power from the alternator is causing me a problem.
My ignition wiring and grounding is pretty massive already. Might try some fancy Taylor wires too.

It's kinda tight, that's what she said

Just pay attention to #1 & #2 IIRC. You need to get the hood bracing between them but avoid the PCV valve with #2. There's a nice hump on my NB hood that makes plenty of space for #1.

I don't think spark is escaping to the hood if that's what you're getting at, I suppose it's possible though. I specifically oriented the coils so the plug wire terminal would be as far away from everything as possible.

I love the dash rise with ballistic boost. I have the same problem here in ATL- people driving everywhere all the times.
