Well I was told to send VVt wires. Thats not a VVT head....

#1 looks tight because it should be bent 90 degrees and snapped into the head boot, and then the coil boot points down.

Oh, so I'm an idiot and routed the wires with my butt instead of my hands. Will fix.

If you were referring to the SADfab bracket... no excuses...

Got AN bungs welded on mah radiator. Its so pretty.

Made progress on the fusebox bracket. Using 1.6mm aluminium. Rough cut of the hole for fusebox mount. Still gotta finish the cuts and then bend the bracket.

Yes. A while ago I got in on a group by for CNC -16 AN coolant spacer/inlet/outlet so that determined the hose size.
It should be sufficient.

Take a picture of your CAD design with a ruler next to it. Would make it easy for others to reproduce.

Wiring, wiring, wiring.
Terminated the front wiring harness (lights, fan, etc) and wired it to the fusebox.

I'm using Molex MX150 connectors for most of the things, and Metri-Pack 280 for the high-amp stuff.
Conviniently, the fuse box (Bussmann 15400) also uses Metri-Pack 280 terminals, saving me on stuff I need to buy.

Finally, as some of you have seen I sold my MS3 + MS3X. I will replace it with something new. The new ECU will be at least an MS3Pro and maybe I can swing an AEM Infinity.

Some of the things that attract me to AEM Infinity vs MS3Pro
- built-in O2 controller. So I can get rid of the O2 controller and sell it
- does not need any hoopla to hook up a turbo speed sensor. So I can get rid of the turbo speed converter box and sell it
- has a lot of failsafes

Some of the things that MS3 Pro has over Infinity
- I know Megasquirt and TunerStudio pretty well
- $300 cheaper ECU
- $40-70 cheaper plug and pin kit (it adds up)

What failsafes does the AEM have that MS3 does not? I am assuming you just need the JBPerf board for the turbo speed sensor correct? Don't you already have it and it is wired up? I also don't understand the need to g oto the built in O2 controller. You sell your wideband for $100, then still need to go buy a new O2 sensor for $50 anyways. So does not seem like that big of an issue.

Turbo speed sensor has an external box that converts from the speed sensor input to an analog signal.

I might be interested if you are selling it
