Sorry... parts compiling is part of the process . Just paid for a plenum spacer... 10-15hp/trq bump with the tune in that.

Gotta fix up my ice racer GTX and get it down to buddies. Then I have space to start into Miata again.

I have an '07 350Z. I get an average of 13mpg on street and around 17-19mpg on freeway.

Yeah, your 370Z is a good match for a Miata's weight and frontal area.

I'd blame that on your driving, based on mileage I've seen from other 370Z owners.

Wow thats horrible, you either have a problem with the car or a very heavy right foot. I get 22 in the city and 28 on the highway in my G35.

In typical fashion, here I am late to the party, just saw this thread somehow. I'll be keeping a close eye on this one. I love oddball builds like this. Hope it goes well and in a timely fashion, because I don't like to wait!

Not really. I drive normally 99% of the time. I know that I have a bad O2 sensor but it's a secondary sensor (after catalytic) so it shouldn't have any effect on performance/gas mileage. Car puts out 280whp and it actually gets better gas mileage when I drive like a maniac on canyons or track. Go figure!

Stock, holmes. The VQ37VHR is rated @ 326 flywheel hp.

Edit: comprehension > me.

'07 was rated @ 306, those guys dyno around 260 whp so yeah 280 would need some bolt-ons.

Time for a tune then? Or a re-tune? Something is really not right there.

I'm hoping to give you guys some fabwork pictures sooner than later.

Have to gut/strip this GTX in the garage first so I can get the wife's car in. Promised her the spot for winter. Then I can start on the miata.
