Ahh, right . . that brony dude.

Well, regardless, the country hangs on the edge of its seat waiting for the verdict to come in. Will they be burning the country down tonight, or not?

True story: I care less tonight than I did last night.

We had a new UPS scheduled to be delivered to Sears today, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to make it in due to rioting.

Well, the UPS was delivered and is now safely up on the 100th floor. All 3,400 lbs of it.

The third pallet, with the battery cabinet, hasn't yet been moved into frame. It's just off-camera to the right.

This project finally feels like a real thing which is actually happening. The first genuine piece of hardware is on-site.

Journalism 2021: Doxx jurors. Sic the mob on them. Get the correct verdict through threats of violence.

In all of this, one thing is supposed to be clear. The jurors are supposed to be able to do their duty without pressure and threat. Yet, CBS News has already begun the process of doxxing them, and it’s hard to overstate how dangerous this is.There is nothing more irrelevant in this trial in regards to public knowledge than the “makeup” of the 14 jurors.

The process of vetting and weeding out jurors has already been completed with input from both the prosecution, defense, and the judge. At this point, where a juror lives is not information anyone needs to know. But CBS News knows exactly what they are doing here.

Further, this sure seems like a shot across the bow for the jurors to come up with the “right” verdict or face reprisal from the mob, aided and abetted by a news media ready to provide them with personal information. Why are news outlets even hinting at identifying these people when there’s no journalistic value in it whatsoever? I think we know why.

No ****. This was public knowledge on Jan 7th [I remember arguing this with my lib co-workers that Friday]. You need to get your news from more reliable sources...

what does NPR have to say about it:

oh, great objective journalism! No wonder you love them!

journalism 2021.

Where do I even begin?

Let's start with the obvious: Yamiche Alcindor is not a journalist. She's a political activist pretending to report the news.

Eric Nelson, the defense attorney in the Derek Chauvin trial, came out today and said that representative Maxine Waters comments about getting "more confrontational" could be grounds for a mistrial because she threatened the jury.

Alcindor then does a "fact-check" that is as truthful as Bill Clinton claiming to not have sexual relations with that woman.

Yes, Waters threatened violence. Getting "more confrontational" does not mean hugs and kisses. It's a clear promotion of violence.

This same person claimed former President Donald Trump instigated violence because he had a speech on Jan 6th at the Capitol, shortly before it was raided. Now she's claiming Waters, who actually threatened violence, didn't incite violence?

This is clear bull crap from this "journalist".

These are our journalists. They're activists. They're leftists. They're liars.

President Biden has weighed in on the murder trial of Derek Chauvin, just one day after the trial judge slammed politicians for talking about the case.

From The Hill: “President Biden said Tuesday that he believes the evidence is ‘overwhelming’ in the case against the former Minneapolis police officer accused of murdering George Floyd, making clear that he believes the verdict should be guilty.”

Biden told reporters in the Oval office “I'm praying the verdict is the right verdict.” He made the comments as the jury is deliberating whether to convict Chauvin. Biden said he wouldn’t have weighed in on the case if the jury had not been sequestered.

According to The Hill, “It unusual for a president to weigh in on such a case, and specifically its merits, before a verdict.”

Biden’s input comes after the judge in the trial, Judge Peter Cahill, said “I wish elected officials would stop talking about this case” and slammed comments by Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA).

Waters said “I hope we get a verdict that says guilty, guilty, guilty,” and “we've got to get more confrontational. We've got to make sure that they know that we mean business.”

Judge Cahill warned such comments “may result in this whole trial being overturned” on appeal.

Waters and Biden are not the only Democrats apparently trying to influence opinion on the case. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey (D) yesterday said “Regardless of the decision made by the jury, there is one true reality, which is that George Floyd was killed at the hands of police.”

the judge has threatened mistrial like 5-6 times now -- surely now...

Any chance the judge can hold them in contempt of court? I'm aware that they aren't in the court room but they are making a mockery of our legal system.

There's been at least a half a dozen factors that should have forced a mistrial. If a severed pig's head and blood smeared all over the front entrance to a defense witness home or calls to violence by a Congresswoman aren't enough ground, then nothing is.

The cop is walking regardless now, mistrial is assured if he loses. I'm just hoping these leftists can face some changes for their fuckery

The pig's head thing, in all seriousness, was brilliant.

Not classy, but clever.
