they have to. Fairfax County Courthouse is mammoth in size to handle all the speeding tickets taxes they hand out. It's actually quite mad how much money is in that courthouse; yet centered in a small little town.

 

So are the major courthouses of NYC, Chicago and SD. I've been summonsed to all of them. And all of these summonses made it very clear that parking was NOT provided.

 

Parking is provided to jurors here in Tampa / Hillsborough County but we aren't rolling in crippling perpetual debt like the liberal meccas.
