on a scale of 1-Avenatti how liberal are you?

https://www.dailywire.com/news/36287...mpaign=crowder

On Tuesday morning, celebrity lawyer and apparent 2020 hopeful Michael Avenatti bragged about getting a Texas private school administrator indefinitely suspended from his job for sending the lawyer a mean private message.

"Let this be a lesson to those that believe that they can send abusive messages to me or others without consequence," bragged Avenatti. "People are free to engage in spirited debate but if you are abusive, you will be held accountable."

Soon after posting the "victory" tweet, Avenatti set his Twitter account to "private" so only people whom he "follows" on the site can view his tweets.

It was announced on Monday that Butch Groves, an administrator from Arlington’s Oakridge School, was indefinitely suspended. According to a screenshot posted by Avenatti, Groves sent a private message to the attorney from his private social media account: "You are a f***ing douche bag. You lying piece of s***," Groves said.

"Meet [Butch Groves], the Head of Upper School at The Oakridge School in Arlington, TX. I have never met him before or communicated with him but here is his message to me earlier tonight. The parents of Oakridge must be so proud to have this man teaching their sons and daughters," Avenatti captioned a tweet with a screenshot of the message.

Groves copped to sending the message and expressed "regret" for sending it, said an Oakridge spokesperson.

dude, dont be a moron. the nomination wasn't rushed, and the president doesn't have to tell the liberals who he's nominating in advance.

Roughly 2.Charles Townshend, assuming that 1 is "I am the hereditary leader of a theocratic empire" and Avenatti is "I am so liberal that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is persistently stalking my hairdresser, desperately hoping to pick up some gossip and/or style tips."

Calling that attention ***** lawyer Avenatti a liberal is doing a terrible injustice and I am personally offended on behalf of all intellectual liberals.

I keep expecting to see him in the news for hooking up with one of the Kardashians cause they all seem to attract the same sort of gossip media attention.
In his case my suspicion is that he is trying to get enough media attention to be able to roll into being a Senator and start up a tax exempt charity due to name recognition.
Hey,,, it worked for Hillary.

Wow, today was enlightening.

"I was at multiple parties where women were sexually assaulted."

TIL Julie Swetnick is an immoral *****, which is 100% factual.

Sad part is he's such a nerd he was probably at home doing homework when all these supposed parties were going on.

A Miami-Dade County court docket shows a petition for injunction against Swetnick was filed March 1, 2001, by her former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, who told POLITICO Wednesday the two had dated for four years before they broke up.

Thirteen days later, the case was dismissed, not long after an affidavit of non-ability to advance fees was filed.

According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.

“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said in a telephone interview with POLITICO. "I know a lot about her.”

"She’s not credible at all,” he said. “Not at all.”
she has a lien against her for ~$63,000:

owes the IRS quite a bit of money:

This from a background check, social media reputation site--notice the dates:

she's already been sued once before for defamation:

and domestic violence:

She has a previous relationship with the lawyer from the first accuser:

Roughly a decade ago, Ms. Swetnick was involved in a dispute with her former employer, New York Life Insurance Co., over a sexual-harassment complaint she filed, according to people familiar with the matter. Representing her in the complaint was the firm run by Debra Katz, the lawyer currently representing Dr. Ford. The company ultimately reached a financial settlement with Ms. Swetnick, the people said.
creepy **** lawyer sat on her "accusation" for political purposes:

Ms. Swetnick, who Mr. Avenatti said approached him about a month ago with her allegations, has little online presence.

100% credible.

creepy **** lawyer got his accounts frozen:

Bankruptcy judge hits Michael Avenatti's firm with restraining order to freeze legal fees in 54 cases - Los Angeles Times

A federal bankruptcy judge issued a restraining order late Wednesday to block the firm of Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for **** star Stormy Daniels, from spending any fees it collects while it owes more than $10 million in unpaid debts and back taxes.

The move by Judge Catherine Bauer of U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Santa Ana was a severe blow to Avenatti, whose personal financial troubles have deepened as his star has risen on cable news.

here's a nice plot twist:

https://nypost.com/2018/09/27/two-me...ssaulted-ford/

Two men have come forward to members of the Senate Judiciary Committee to claim that they are the ones who actually assaulted Christine Blasey Ford during a house party in 1982 — and not Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Republicans on the committee released a timeline of events late Wednesday, which included details about their interactions with the two men who admitted to the attacks.

On Monday, the timeline recounts GOP staff members interviewing “a man who believes he, not Judge Kavanaugh, had the encounter with Dr. Ford in 1982.”

The “encounter” refers to an episode in which Ford claims that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in the bedroom at a Maryland house party.

They had a follow-up interview with that man, and he provided more detail about the assault.

Then on Wednesday, the committee staff said they spoke with a second man who said he assaulted Ford in 1982.

The committee did not release any more details about the men, or why both were coming forward with the claims.

It really doesn't matter if you have a notarized document, witnessed by two Catholic nuns and a vegan faith-healer, bearing the victim's signature, which says "I [name of victim] willingly agree to have sex with [name of alleged rapist]." If they say that they were raped, and you don't immediately believe them without question, then you are literally Hitler.

Last week I predicted this very thing would be revealed and even got the specific date correct while having a discussion with my coworkers.
The Republicans used exactly the same tactic that the Democrats previously used of coming up with witness with new information at the last minute.
My hope is that one of the men are allowed to give testimony at the hearing after Ford gives hers.
If the man (or men) can give more specific and accurate testimony,
it completely craps on her vague memory of exactly what took place and who was involved which in turn will focus the attention on the second and third (and perhaps 5th and 6th) accusations.

Well, duh.

By definition, the victim is lying, but that's no excuse not to believe / accept their accusations.

Seems to me the whole matter could be resolved, at least in the eyes of the voting public, by Brett Kavanaugh asking the committee for 1 week for the FBI to do an investigation to clear his name when he testifies this afternoon. Assuming he has nothing to hide.

too bad Stzork was fired; he'd love to head that investigation.

or how about this: don't hold onto fake accusation for months to use them as political chips? the FBI could have thorough investigated this already. But a thorough investigation isn't the point...

Politics is a dirty sport... I'll stand by my comment. Personally, I could care less about Kavanaugh on or off the SC. I realize the FBI probably represents the black helicopters to you.
