I assume you're aware of this, but if not, I'll state the obvious. There are whole sub-sectors of the litigation field dedicated to things like how to fine-tune jury selection, and how to make witnesses conform (in both manner and appearance) to the narrative you are crafting.

Lawyers have made their whole careers out of consultancy in these matters. It is no less a sub-specialty of trial practice than Intellectual Property or Tort Law.

Depends on the contents of the updated FBI background check file that is due to be given to the White House and Senators by Friday.
If it stays clean my guess is that two Democrat Senators will suddenly have a bout of the flu on the day that a vote finally takes place.
Based on that possibility my guess is 51-47

If the FBI actually comes up with credible backing for the ladies stories then all bets are off.

I am guessing that the FBI supervisor in charge of the background sat down with the actual field agents and told them in the strongest possible terms that if something gets leaked it better not point back to the FBI cause they need to stay squeaky clean on this matter.
The Democrat Senators will fall all over themselves to leak the report to the press within 5 minutes of getting a look and then claim political bias by the FBI for not finding anything.
Wouldn't that be a joke.

 

I'm still trying to understand why Mrs Feinstein would request the FBI report be kept private? They were the ones pushing for it and I assume were caught off guard how quickly Trump agreed.

I am reading some unconfirmed ***** about some possible collusion with the media. That would make sense with her wanting to keep it quiet.
