Simply have serious penalties for any person or company doing XYZ.
By serious I mean quadruple fines, lose any business license they might have, and lots of other socially acceptable punishments.
If it is a legally operating business any officers and employees directly involved in XYZ should also be required to pay hefty fines personally on top of business fines.

I'm pro-immigration.
We let in a "sustainable" ~1,000,000 immigrants into the country each year; an estimated 37,00,000 worth living here today -- im cool with this. Meanwhile, it's also estimated that ~12,000,000 illegal immigrants live here as well, and average somewhat close to the number of legal entries a year -- I'm not cool with that.
Last two posts I made about the subject specifically said "non-citizens" and "Mexicans". I.e., not U.S. citizens -- that also excludes visa holders. Visa holders aren't breaking the law and taking advantage of your generosity with my money. I even said, let the caravans in -- but with a few caveats. Why does that suggest to you I'm anti-immigration? do you have trouble separating legal-immigration with illegal-immigration?
It's probably a weird vibe to actually read things on the internet that aren't repeated from the NPC echo chamber. So I completely understand.
But what's the end-goal here to allow illegals into the country and make it easy for them to live here without contributions? Why is this better than denying entry, for Americans specifically? Why are you pro-crime? What crimes do you think we should also encourage/ignore? Why are you pro-spending other people's money? Do you pay extra in taxes? Do you volunteer for charity?
You said it yourself that we have our own issues to deal with here in the US (child molestation), so why is it better to add another ~850,000 or so non-vested people into our country a year, illegally, who don't pay taxes, some of whom don't follow the rest of our laws or are not here for good reasons, who are a burden to our society/resources? Since no law-maker is going to come down hard on illegals (since people like you get a weird vibe from it), and we aren't going to get rid of entitlements anytime soon, or sanctuary cities, the wall is an effective means to reduce illegal entry and extra crime/burden into this country.

We're on the same page and i agree. This is just the first time within the timeframes that i've read this thread that you actually took the time to say... well... anything. So now i know.
That said, i'm going to have the unpopular opinion that it should be easier to become a legal immigrant/citizen. The less time and money we spend on this bullshit, the better. That way we can spend all that time and money catching the child molesters.

If they can prove he staged this, I think they should throw the heaviest book at him they can find. Lock him up for committing what amounts to a legitimate hate crime (reverse or not) and sentence him to no less than what his attackers would have received, had they been real. I need to see this ******* do time in the big house. I'm sure there's a few fellas there that would be happy to welcome him as well.

Wanted to bring forth that little tidbit cause it just puts one more reason forth for me to dislike him (Jussie, not Braineack).
Since the whole thing appears at this point to be faked, it is the last we will be hearing from him on either the news or as an actor.
Perhaps in a few months he will get a job flipping burgers at McDonalds but I cannot see much on his horizon as an actor.

He will get on board the CNN news roster so he can cover the next election and do Trump bashing segments between now and the election.
It will give us the unique perspective from a gay male of color who has a background of (allegedly) manufacturing fake news.
