Or, put another way, if you're already committed to voting for someone who you didn't actually want to be the president, on the grounds that it's the only way to stop someone who you don't want to be the president even more from being the president, then reason has already gone out the window.
Every one of the people I know personally, who are of the "Vote blue, no matter who" camp, genuinely believe that Donald Trump's existence is the root cause of the present state of disharmony in the US. As such, they would not be able to interpret Biden's statement as a threat in the way that Buck Sexton has. In their minds, electing Biden to the presidency is the only way to stop this present madness. The logic goes as follows:
Trump causes violence.
Biden is not Trump.
Therefore, Biden will end this violence.
Yeah, but people like that would never vote red regardless. Although I have heard that sentiment once or twice, I asked them why they would kowtow to Violent Terrorist children, they didn't have a answer.

Recognizing that there's probably no way to actually quantify this, I'd love to know what percentage of the US electorate might actually be swayed by a candidate's position on issues, or their previous record of actual performance, when casting a ballot in this year's presidential election.
In other words, do people like Braineack and anti-Braineack actually represent a majority of the population? Or are they merely the most vocal?

Trump isn't much better but at least he's not blatant.

I'm an individual thinker...
I lean libertarian, but Shuiend would call me a fascist compared to his views.
I lean libertarian, but conservatives would call me a libertardian hippy compared to their views on authority/how-to-live-life.
I'm atheist, but often defend Christianity and religion against other heathens.
I'm Pro-Choice, but often debate against abortion.
I'm "Conservative", but I don't believe it's my duty to populate the homeland.
I'm very pro law & order, but I'm a huge cynic of the police and think many on the right are boot-lickers who encourage/ignore bad behavior and disregard individual rights.
Many in my own very circle of Republican friends are going to vote Biden this year, and urged me to do so, and were offended when I told them they can no longer consider themselves as a republican/conservative. Two of them worked on and met--eventually marrying--on the Romney campaign. I actually got in an argument with another about how Trump is racist, despite zero factual evidence supporting the claim, but ignoring Biden's racism because that was in the past and times were different back then. She sounded exactly like my crazy mom, just spitting out CNN talking points -- I blame the fact that she works at NPR and she's being brainwashed. This is a girl who made sure to visit the Reagan library when she visited CA.
etc.
This is why in 2016 you saw 19 republicans in the debates, many with differing viewpoints and opinions on matters (You basically had democrats on the stage). But ultimately Trump -- the compete underdog -- won, because he stuck to a very conservative platform and kept to the issues instead of in-fighting; this resonated deeply with the typical republican voter.
Anti-Braineack, yes: they are all sheep. They are all like-minded, can't think for themselves or form opinions of their own.
But the left is starting to go a bit too far and alienating the ones who actually love America and actually believe the policies of the Left are helpful to the disadvantaged So you're starting to see them eat themselves. This is why during the 2019 primaries you saw 25? democrats in the debates, all with the same view-point except maybe one or two, and ultimately ending up with the most milquetoast, useless, career politician, typical, racist, democratic candidate you could pick.
The media wants you to believe the Anti-Braineack is the majority, the left rejected the anti-america, communist platform of Sanders, despite being hugely popular with the anti-american, communist youth that is spreading like a plaque in the US. Harris was the second candidate to drop out of the primaries; leftist voters don't actually want her to be President -- but this is what happens when you hire based on affirmative action.
Left or Right, people are not extremists -- they just want to be left alone and support their families. This is why Trump will win in a huge landslide this year, he actually has a platform and history of providing this to America, Biden has neither.

Living in Portland and seeing the last 90 CONSECUTIVE days of riots, violence, destruction downtown only to be told by media and the anti-Braneack crowd that it's just peaceful protests and it's the terrible Police that are the ones causing the problems. Then there's a SINGLE pro-Trump rally of people in cars waving flags and the Mayor, Governor and media only talk about White Supremacists disrupting peaceful Portland - makes it hard to tell what real life is. Fingers crossed for a landslide. I've already been living what a pure Democrat rule would look like. It sucks.

the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives
Who does that describe?
him?
