The Current Events, News, and Politics Thread
Maybe I finally put all the pieces together on Hillary 2020.
Shortly after she lost the election her people announced that she would take on the roll of being a central figure for future Democratic fund raising.
About 6 months ago there were rumblings in the media that Hillary is perhaps considering an attempt to be the 2020 Presidential candidate but it seemed to die a quick death in a couple of weeks.
Today I saw an article where Hillary is meeting with all of the front runner Democratic Presidential candidates.
The article speculated that she was discussing tactics so that they would not make the same mistakes that she made.
In an interview that came out this past week Hillary was asked if she is considering running for President again and she said NO....but.....
After connecting those four things I think Hillary is setting herself up to be the Vice Presidential running mate for whomever gets the eventual nomination to be the Democrats candidate for President.

Only democrats/liberals/media were judging him on the color of his skin and/or sexuality. Trevor Noah should get ZERO props for this statement. That was like literally the reason Jussie had to MAKE UP crimes in order to perpetuate the fake narrative of the left: Only the left cares about sex/race/sexuality. This stunt was straight out of the liberal playbook.
and because of it, we live in a shitty touchy-feely shitty America that needs to be great again.
you can't even make complimentary comments anymore...
speaking of ignoring among their own ranks:

(I've recently become cognizant of the fact that I have a odd propensity towards finding both extremely short women and extremely tall women unusually attractive. Average girls are so average...)
You want to explore Margaret today or back in the day? If back in the day, I would suggest a weedwacker, if not a full on riding mower, to get through the bush first. Don't know if she's alive today but if she were, I doubt you'd need landscaping tools. Maybe bring some shoring devices.
It was more than foliage back then and even leading up to the 80's. But yes, our generation (back then) did fancy a well trimmed look which eventually turned into the hardwood floor look.
I don't think anyone of our generation (currently) has any standards left when it comes to that. We should be lucky to have any woman that would want us at this age. I know I'd not be picky if I weren't married.
You know what they say, "el que come bien y come mal, come dos veces." But maybe that's just me as I'm hungry all the time.

I dunno, maybe this makes me a weirdo, but I don't at all mind a natural pubic region. I'm not saying that I prefer or require it, merely that I am largely indifferent in the matter. The length and density of one's pubic hair is simply not a major factor in my judgement of the desirability of a partner.
In non-pubic news, next Tuesday, Chicagoans will elect a new mayor, and (re) elect their 50 aldermen. I predict a blue wave of candidates who campaigned on change and reform, followed by several years of the continuation of the status quo.
Because here in Chicago, we truly do have the best city government that money can buy.

What if Trump refuses to accept defeat in 2020?
President Donald Trump's critics are increasingly focused on the question of which Democrat will challenge him for the presidency in 2020. It's an important question, but another one might be even more important: Regardless of who runs in 2020, if Trump loses, will he leave the Oval Office peacefully?
Let's start with why we need to ask this question: Trump is increasingly proving himself to be a President eager to overstep his authority. Just last week, Trump displayed his willingness to invoke unprecedented presidential power to declare a national emergency utterly without justification. This week has brought a startling report from the New York Times that, for the past two years, Trump has tried to undermine the investigations by Special Counsel Robert Mueller and other parts of the Justice Department in order to, in the words of the Times, "make the president's many legal problems go away." In light of these overreaching assertions of his own authority, it's at least plausible that Trump might attempt to cling to power in ways previously unimaginable by an American president.Thankfully, there are four steps that key actors across the American system of governance can take to get ahead of this possibility....
