I think the gusset is a great idea. However, I cant TIG worth a ****. And that might void my warranty. IF it ever cracks, gleasemanufacturing will fix it. And he would probably add a gusset as well.
As far as im concerned, this is a gleaseman manifold. Fab9 provided the worst customer service that I have ever received.

I know I can use waaay more timing. I just don't know where to increase it and where to not. And jeremy at FM is on vacation. Should I just add say 4 degrees in every cell above 100kpa?

Not yet. Mid November wouldn't bum me out that much though. Maybe ill ask jeremy for a more aggressive spark map and ill see if the hydra detects any knock. For the amount of money i have into this, I am going to feel really silly if i dont see over 200 on a mustang dyno

I take it you don't live in CA

How much does the pipe tip move at WOT in a low gear?

I live in west MI. 93 octane

not much. the engine mounts are stock too. It moves the most on start up. the hole is 2 1/8" and the pipe is 1.5" so it has plenty of room

I predict about 220HP at 13PSI on this timing map. my setup made 211HP 201TQ on a very similar timing map at 11-12PSI.

a little off topic. I love how uncluttered your engine bay is, how did you get rid of all the clutter on the left hand side of the engine, there are a million vacum hoses and sensors there on my 99 and nothing on yours?
