GT2554R Record??? leads to a run of the mill EFR build
Figured this wouldn't pass tech:

So I had good old Safelite come out and fix me up:

The weigh-in with driver and 5/8 of a tank:

And my favorite part, my new jacket came in!

So to be clear, despite my signature (I just love challenges) I don't think the car will do a 12.5 as it sits with it's stiff AX setup, it's more the trap I'm shooting for. According to the Wallace Racing Calculator, my claimed 276.45allofits & 2420cats should equate to a 112.58mph litter box speed, so that's what I'm gunning for. Should I run a 108 like 18psi's prediction, maybe I'll send him an actual live cat in the mail along with a signed contract stating I will never bring up or rely on bench racing ever again on the mt.net forum. Either way it'll be a good time

The drawing, is basically if you took all the blades off of the wheels, and put the billet one in front of the cast, that's what it would look like. I found that to be the most interesting difference between the two wheels. I figured there would be more of a difference in performance, but I'm assuming with the exducer being the same size on both wheels, and technically being the same trim, there can only be so much gain regardless of the shape of the blade/core. The thing sounds freaking cool though, I will give it that. (Was also cool to see a notable gain in transient response).
Edit: Around 5:40 in the video I take some measurements.

The slight difference in torque from 3200-5500 might just be 1/2psi here and there rather than the wheel, no? The only difference up top is boost taper vs. no boost taper. Not saying a cast wheel could do the exact same thing, but I'm just not sold that it transforms the turbo into a new beast.
Edit: I have datalogs from both pulls, I can overlay the boost curves if interested.
I'd have to really scrutinize the logs to look into that, as far as those specific pulls, AFR was very very similar because those were the final pulls after the tuning was finished. (11.6-11.8?)
I believe they're $120, I had mine balanced as well. I'm really wondering what they would do for a larger turbo.

you either compare pre-tuning to see if it leaned out, or post tuning to see how much you added to same cells of VE table to maintain afr.
it has to be same cells. otherwise it's a wash
the fact that it held more boost up top already says it's flowing more
