Yesterday, while surveying the 10th floor of the building for electrical panels in preparation for an upcoming electrical inspection, I stumbled across a well-hidden restroom that I'd never noticed before, back behind the creative services department.
It's quite lavish.

Hehe. No, this is a unisex one-holer, with a sign on the door outside that says something other than "restroom" (can't remember what), clearly intended to camouflage its presence from those outside the know. It's also behind two locked doors which my unlimited-access keycard happens to open.
I mean, we do, in general, have very nice, well-maintained restrooms here at WPIX. But that one in particular goes above and beyond. I was reminded, conceptually, of the restrooms at the "Jungle Jim's" supermarket in Cincinnati Ohio, which are consistently rated among the top public restrooms in the US.
You enter through here:
(Rumpke is, in fact, a supplier of portable toilets in the Cincinnati area, and I assume that they paid for the naming-rights to the restrooms at this supermarket.)
The one in the middle is a replica of the famous privy of King Henry VIII, and is a popular tourist attraction and photo-op.
(Hey, it's Cincinnati. What else are you going to do there other than watch the football team get paid to lose?)
