Can anyone share how to insert a video from a Facebook update?

I see where Scott did it for Steve up above, but... teach me to fish, please.

No, it's not valid. If you click on the link, you will see the video is still there (unless I'm being deceived by the fact that I'm signed in to FB).

None of this "click to play" embedded video works for me. I click and nothing happens. Using Chrome.
