That amount of bussing is around 50k cut and drilled with engineered drawings. Lol. Scrap price for that stuff is $4/lb.

Oddly, our power company shut us down. It's slightly warm here. A max temp on one of my iron core transformers reveals it was past the point of melting the epoxy. Boy I hope that's a mistake.
Just pushing this button actually burnt my finger, so it may be accurate.

Our new chiller. The controls / electronics in this thing are liquid cooled.
Everything gets water cooling.


You can see the green hoses going into the back of the panel here.

Turns out that's the variable frequency drive that's liquid cooled. And it looks like the inside of the panel is liquid cooled as well.


These 12-14 hour days 7 days a week are wearing me down. I need to find a better job.
