Ready-to-plant catnip plants can be purchased for $3.98 at the local Home Depot.
My present domicile, somewhat unusually, is at ground level. While I technically don't have any yard of my own per se, both the front window (living room) and the rear window (bedroom) open directly out to what little grass exists around this stereotypical outer-boroughs Chicago low rise multifamily dwelling. So I could contort my logic to state that I have a better claim on those two thin strips of land than anyone aside from the property owner, who is an absentee landlord. This isn't a doorman building, just a little freestanding six-flat structure with no lobby.
The guides all seem to suggest that I've missed the spring window for outdoor planting here in USDA Zone 5, but there's always next year.
And we do have a lot of feral cats around here.
I'm tempted.

I still think the Tacoma was a better looking truck, but at 12 years old, it was starting to have issues. And while prices of used stuff is up, the trade in value of my Toyota was insane.
